A special batch of sappan dyed silk, resulting in a slightly mauve and rosey hue. Sappan is a local medicinal tree to Bali that is the only plant dye we use the wood instead of the leaves. So the process is slower, with the silk needing to simmer with the wood for over 12 hours. Making the silk a bit more matte. Still so soft like suede.
